CoIncubative is a live. work. play. membership-based smart neighborhood model building smart communities across the US both on cyberspace and on exclusive city blocks that boast smart technology and a 21st-century ecosystem that changes how we live, work, and play. Our communities are built to negate the need for the morning commute to work, negate the search for effective schooling, and champion creativity and the high-growth startup culture from a holistic perspective. Our members enjoy a network of "micro communities" that host everything from holistic health to startup incubators and schooling for all ages.
In June 2017, our partner, investor, and mentor, Lonnie Williams, passed away from cancer. We continued the vision moving the business to downtown KCMO with our partners, holistic wellness center and coworking spa, The Laya Center. We also purchased the future site for our first smart coliving facility in the KCMO metro area, a smart house that sits on just under one acre of land. We are actively continuing to build partnerships and enacting our membership-based model among our partners while we shop for our first city block to build out our first smart community.
Our mission is to bring high technology and the communities of the future to minority and low-income communities to create economic development opportunities for residents and increase the wealth margin in these communities. We strive to educate and uplift communities with the job skills and opportunities they will need for the 21st-century while increasing safety and efficiency.
Our solutions eliminate the digital divide, inequality in education and access to technology, lack of quality family time, lack of access to healthy and nutritious food, lack of life skills, unhealthy outcomes for communities based on zip code.
